# PRIMED MANCHESTER

The PRIMED programme is delivered by a set of PhD students and postdocs (called Primers) originating from Universities and Institutions in the city. Primers are responsible for organising events and networking opportunities.

They build a community of **PRIMED members** who are interested in interacting with similarly minded early career scientists and attending entrepreneurial events. PRIMED members are given sight of events to attend during the year and have a communication channel for inter-PRIMED member discussions. If you would like to become a PRIMED member please register [**contact us**](https://vellos.co/contact).
