PRIMED GLASGOW

 


The PRIMED programme is delivered by a set of PhD students and postdocs (called Primers) originating from Universities and Institutions in the city. Primers are responsible for organising events and networking opportunities.

They build a community of PRIMED members who are interested in interacting with similarly minded early career scientists and attending entrepreneurial events. PRIMED members are given sight of events to attend during the year and have a communication channel for inter-PRIMED member discussions. The PRIMED Glasgow Programme has events throughout the year. Events and support can vary in content to accommodate local needs, including:

  • Company creation mentorship
  • Mentoring from industry experts
  • Ideation events
  • Community building and networking
